- Products without original packaging, labels, or invoice
- Items marked as non-returnable or final sale
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide:
- Order ID
- Product details
- Reason for return
- Images/videos (mandatory for damaged/incorrect items)
Approval
- Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days
- If approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on self-shipping
4. Replacement Policy
- Eligible items will be replaced at no extra cost
- Replacement is subject to product availability
- If replacement is not available, a refund will be issued

Prepaid Orders
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- Refund will be processed via:
- Bank transfer (customer must provide details), or
- Store credit / wallet (if applicable)
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
6. Return Shipping Charges
- Free return pickup for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
- For other approved returns (if any), shipping charges may apply
7. Failed Pickup Attempts
- Our courier partner will attempt pickup 2–3 times
